Administrative Officer
Job Summary
The Administrative Officer will provide administrative support to 1 Highlanders Army Cadet Force.
Responsibilities
- Process cadet and CFAV course applications
- Book travel and accommodation requirements using MOD and HRFCA Travel booking systems
- Manage hire vehicle requirements and book training facilities and ranges
- Process PSS and CFAV travel claims and subsistence
- Maintain and issue APC and Cadet First Aid certificates and badges
- Process CFAV ID Card applications
- Assist with the production, distribution, and publishing of BROs
- Process payment of invoices as necessary
- Administer and book training on private land
- Administer the arms and ammunition movement and PME processes
- Prepare, collate, and check annual camp documentation
- Administer incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements
- Experience in an office environment
- Proven organisational ability and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a small team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word and Excel
Desirable
Current full driving licence
