Job Title: Administration Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake administrative duties, including providing telephone cover, processing mail, and purchasing school supplies.
- Ensure attendance registers are completed daily and kept up to date.
- Support the School Business Manager in recruitment and day-to-day premises management.
- Assist with filing, document retention, and correspondence.
- Undertake additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience as an Administration Officer.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Confident with IT and Microsoft.
About Us:
Academics Ltd is a dedicated independent day school for autistic children and young people. We provide specialised teaching for Primary, Secondary, and Sixth form pupils, aged 4-19.
