Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Answer phones professionally and direct calls appropriately
- Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Utilise SAGE software for basic financial tasks
**Skills**:
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with office software such as Microsoft
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Administrative experience in an office setting is advantageous
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently
- Organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Familiarity with Sage software for basic financial tasks
Pay: £21,528.00-£22,588.00 per year
