**Job Description**:
**Your challenge**:

- To run an efficient office and to support the Management team.
- To coordinate the running of the building including contractors, mail etc.
- To provide a welcoming environment for staff and visitors to the office.
- To provide administrative support on HR issues such as organizing interviews, onboarding arrangements and training in liaison with the HR Manager.
- To raise invoices and purchase orders and ensure that financial regulations are adhered to.
- To be organized and help arrange visas and hotel bookings/events.
- To be calm under pressure and when you don’t have all the information that you need to make a decision.
- To support the health and safety and first aid arrangements in the office.
- To be aware of General Data Protection Regulations so that risk to data is minimized and controlled.
- To organize paperwork and procedures so that the team can access files and information when required.
- To network and create links with universities or professional bodies to help staff recruitment and sharing of best practice.

**Qualifications**:

- A good education, including Maths and English skills.
- Knowledge/experience of MS Office including excel spreadsheets advanced functions.
- A professional telephone manner and approachability/humour.
- Experience of processing invoices and purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Great communication skills and proactivity to anticipate what needs to be done.
- Organisation skills so that systems and processes run smoothly.
- A can-do attitude, positivity and flexibility when we all need to meet a deadline.
- Proof of your own continuous professional development and a willingness to develop further.
- An interest in HR work and how to get the best out of staff.
- Experience of having liaised and worked with colleagues in EMEA and beyond.
