Office Administrator

Autarky Automation Limited has been established for over 50 years, designing, manufacturing and installing special purpose handling equipment and conveyors for a wide variety of industries, predominantly the food industry, throughout the UK and Ireland.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to work in our East Grinstead office. We require a friendly, enthusiastic person to work in a busy office with a flexible approach to work. Duties will include the following:
- General Office duties including call answering, reception etc.
- Day to day documentation
- Order processing
- Invoice processing
- Job Book entries
- Job hour entries
- Payroll Administration
- Handling and processing employee expenses, credit cards, petty cash etc.
- Hotel reservation, Flights and Car hire bookings
We require the following skills
- Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience with figures and data entry
- Experience with book keeping would be an advantage
The successful applicant will need to work closely with all other members of staff within the organisation, including Sales Staff, Design Team, Production and Purchasing department and the Company Directors.
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
