Job Title: Office Administrator
Company: GC Alarms Ltd, East Grinstead
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week with 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak)
Salary - £25,000 -£35,000 depending on experience

This role offers the opportunity to work in a relaxed yet dynamic office environment where your organisational skills will be valued.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Contact customers regarding service contract renewals and book jobs for the engineering team.
Manage the engineers’ diaries and appointments, ensuring effective communication with customers and engineers, while optimising logístical arrangements to minimise travel time and ensure efficient scheduling.
Raise new jobs following site visits, call outs or accepted quotes.
Prepare required equipment for engineers' jobs, ensuring they have all necessary tools and materials.
Provide relevant work instructions and site information to engineers.
Update the in-house database system and engineer calendars accurately (training provided).
Handle invoicing once jobs are completed and issue quotes where required.
Pull together SSAIB paperwork for the annual inspection (training provided).
Report any issues to the Office Manager promptly.
Complete any other reasonable requests from the Office Manager.
**Skills**:
Proficient in administrative tasks with excellent organisational skills.
Strong IT skills with meticulous attention to detail - Microsoft Office, Outlook, experience of Xero an advantage.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
**Requirements & Other**:
Previous experience in an administrative/organisational role preferred.
Own transport required due to office location.
Full training provided for in-house database system.
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
