Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Performance Management: Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship opportunities.
  • Strategy Development: Work closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for SDR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales development or inside sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for coaching and developing junior team members.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
