Business Opportunity Manager

Leidos UK & Europe is seeking a highly skilled Capture and Pursuit Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business growth and lead capture efforts in the UK public sector.
As a Capture and Pursuit Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to win complex services contracts. Your expertise in capture management, stakeholder engagement, and proposal development will enable you to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute capture strategies to identify and pursue high-value business opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
• Engage with senior stakeholders to build relationships and secure support for capture efforts
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling value propositions and differentiate us from competitors
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in capture management, preferably in the UK public sector. You should have excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as experience working with complex services contracts. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and UK Security Clearance are also required.
What We Offer
At Leidos, we offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, and 33 days annual leave.
