The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a targeted sales role and a basic understanding of the residential lettings sector.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and conducting viewings and market appraisals for residential properties, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills.
With a competitive salary ranging from £17,000 up to £20,000 per annum and an uncapped commission scheme, you will have the opportunity to earn approximately £30,000+ in your first year.
You will also receive an unbranded BMW Mini Classic as your company car and access to various employee benefits, including discounts across our property services and engagement and recognition platforms.
