Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills and a natural approach.
- Grow and retain customers by delivering profitable volume growth versus targets, leveraging partnerships to understand customer plans for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and proposals to ensure the best solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to ensure successful handovers and new customer requirements.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market, showcasing our award-winning products at virtually cost price.
