Sales and Business Development Manager

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for defined market segments within the hotels' strategy. This includes prospecting activities, account management, and leveraging previous experience within the long stay and serviced apartment industry.
Key responsibilities include undertaking business development initiatives, negotiating and signing up new corporate accounts, managing money makers initiatives, providing strategic guidance to the Agent Account Manager, and utilizing Salesforce to record client information.
Working closely with the Director of Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and other Commercial function teams, the Sales Manager will pull in support to ensure revenue goals are achieved and exceeded for the properties across the portfolio.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of hotel sales experience gained from either an international brand or national group of hotels.
- Desirable experience in the serviced apartments and long stay segment.
- Possess a passion for sales, being a hunter and go-getter, with tenacity to chase down new business opportunities and work courageously and creatively to ensure conversion.
- Be fastidiously organised, a planner, and detail-oriented, ensuring success in this role.
