Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our Sales team at Will It Make The Boat Go Faster?
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in customer-centric sales environments, with strong communication and organisational skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting Client Directors on new business opportunities, preparing client proposals, and managing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and handle day-to-day client relationships in relation to all new revenue opportunities.
- Keep notes up to date on HubSpot for their opportunities, including creating opportunity, close date, and all notes from sales calls.
- Create fee estimators for sign-off on all new deals associated with the role.
- Liaise with clients on all contracts through to final signature.
- Work with the Sales and Resourcing team to ensure accurate forecasting through effective pipeline management.
Requirements:
- Strong team player with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, be agile, and spin multiple plates.
- Very well organised, thorough, and with strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience of using a CRM, ideally HubSpot.
