We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team at Dovetail Recruitment Ltd in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in the corporate wear or apparel industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the critical path for prestigious corporate brands, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As an Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with design, production, and sales teams to deliver outstanding service and tailor-made corporate clothing solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and communicating these back to the business.
  • Managing projects such as new range launches within the client portfolio from start to finish, in line with an agreed budget and critical path.
  • Forecasting stock levels to ensure consistent on-time-in-full delivery to clients.
  • Setting and managing a sales budget and expected profit margin for clients, driving growth and profitability.

Benefits:

  • Circa £45,000 plus OTE up to £5,000 annually.

This role requires frequent travel within the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management and be able to build strong relationships with clients. A salary of circa £50,000 per annum is estimated for this position based on location and industry standards.
