Sales Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Fulham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client engagement and innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed financial targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
