Sales Executive

Will It Make The Boat Go Faster? is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Sales team in London. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Client Directors and existing clients to drive revenue growth and develop new business opportunities.
Salary: £27-30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus up to 15% annual bonus based on personal performance and company performance.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Client Directors on new business opportunities, taking next steps and ensuring timely closure of deals.
- Preparing and managing contracts for all new business opportunities, working closely with Client Directors and Managing Director as required.
- Liaising with clients on all contracts through to final signature.
- Working with the Sales and Resourcing team to ensure accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management.
- Playing a key role in lead generation activities for new business opportunities, including referrals, LinkedIn connections, client mapping, and other campaigns.
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer-centric/sales environment.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines, be agile, and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive approach to day-to-day work, comfortable working with people at all levels of business.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Experience of using a CRM, ideally HubSpot, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Able to be flexible within the role.
