Customer Success Executive - Pet Category

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Executive to join our team at H&H Group. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in the pet industry.

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to deliver commercial success through joint business plans and win-win scenarios. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pet industry and its trends, as well as excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000-£70,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a hybrid working arrangement, Class Pass Gym Membership, 30 annual leave days, and more.
