We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Consultant to join our team at Horizon Strategy. As a customer experience expert, you will play a key role in helping our clients deliver exceptional experiences that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, with expertise in customer experience, marketing, and product development. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis, insights, and recommendations to our clients. You will also collaborate with our designers and developers to bring your ideas to life and ensure seamless execution.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders. Hiring Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Experience working with design tools and technologies (e.g., Sketch, Figma)
