Technical Help Desk Expert

As a leading technology company, Ampstek is looking for a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join its team in London, UK.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, specifically in macOS, JAMF, and Apple hardware.
The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in macOS, expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Jamf Pro, Mosyle, or Kandji, and a comprehensive understanding of networking fundamentals including VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and DNS.
In addition to these requirements, the preferred candidate will have experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow or JIRA, certification in Apple Support, and familiarity with scripting languages for automation and configuration.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users via various communication channels
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and enhance processes
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support with a focus on macOS, JAMF, and Apple hardware

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience
