About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Communications Officer to join our team at abrdn Financial Fairness Trust.

As a key member of our communications function, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Communications to administer external relations functions. Your focus will be on digital communications, creating and producing engaging content, managing our website and social media accounts, and supporting the press office function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional with experience in social policy or campaign projects to join a small team of seven based between London and Edinburgh. You will work in a hybrid manner and have the ability to occasionally travel within the UK.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in media, who can manage press lists, take media inquiries, and write press statements and other copywriting. If you have a disability and would like to submit your application under the Disability Confident Scheme, please notify us.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
