We are seeking a Student Safety Coordinator to join our friendly team at Unite Students. Based in the Cluster of London South, this role involves working 4 night shifts out of 7, between the hours of 10PM and 6AM (dependent on experience), with a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrolling multiple properties to ensure student safety
  • Acting swiftly in response to incidents and emergencies
  • Assisting students who are locked out of their rooms
  • Providing top-notch customer service
  • Logging incidents electronically

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front-line customer-facing role
  • Steady nerves under pressure and a fair approach
  • Comfortable working solo and as part of a team
