Inside Sales Role

The Inside Sales position at Redwood Search offers a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their skills and progress in their careers. As an Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, suppliers, and company owners, while learning about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business leads and build new relationships with customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support the sales team
  • Prepare customer quotes and maintain sales records
  • Assist with planning and support for exhibitions and events
  • Receive and action orders and questions from customers and suppliers
  • Maintain records of quotes, diary follow-ups, and other sales-related activities
  • Receiving deliveries and despatching goods
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a B2B Sales role
  • Confident and able to deal with customers at all levels in a business
  • Excellent rapport builder with a strong ability to build relationships
  • Reliable with a great work ethic and a strong desire to progress
  • Friendly and personable with excellent communication skills
