About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our growing team at Hewett Recruitment. As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients in the construction, civil engineering, or engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, generating new business opportunities within the construction, civil engineering, or engineering industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand clients' needs and present tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction, civil engineering, or engineering sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving growth.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary of £25k - £40k OTE, full-time office-based position, Monday to Friday, based in Kidderminster.
