As an Inside Sales Executive, you will learn about our company's products and services, build relationships with customers, suppliers, and our team, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business leads and build relationships with customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support the sales team
  • Prepare customer quotes, maintain sales records, and assist with planning and support for exhibitions
  • Receive and action orders and questions from customers and suppliers via email, phone, and in writing
  • Maintain records of quotes, diary follow-ups, and receive deliveries and dispatch goods
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a B2B Sales role
  • Confident and able to deal with customers at all levels in a business
  • Excellent rapport builder who enjoys building relationships with customers
  • Reliable with a great work ethic, ambition to progress, and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Friendly and personable, working well in a team environment
