About the Role

The Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Hewett Recruitment. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and order management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
