About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Hewett Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and customers, driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer data, and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and self-discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
