Administrative Finance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Finance Lead to join our team at Electroswitch Corp. In this role, you will provide key financial and administrative support to the executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage routine financial tasks, confidential correspondence, and travel coordination for the executive team.
- Oversee the process of reconciling cash receipts and bank statements, posting journal entries, and maintaining corporate trial balance.
- Coordinate internal and external communication, project support, and material preparation for executive meetings.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree with 10+ years of combined administrative and finance experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software and strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year,
