Pediatric Clinical Coordinator Lead

Pediatric Clinical Coordinator Job Summary:
This role involves leading and managing daily clinical and administrative operations of designated units, programs, or services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to develop and implement effective policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate resources
• Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel
• Provide education and development programs for staff
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is mandatory, with a current MA RN license. A Master's degree in Nursing or formalized intent to complete a Master's in Nursing is preferred. Additionally, 4 years of pediatric nursing experience are required, with Ambulatory experience strongly recommended.
Salary Estimate:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year
