Pediatric Nursing Leadership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Co-ordinator to lead our clinical operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing staff schedules, allocating resources, and facilitating coordination of care services. You will also develop and recommend policies and procedures to improve quality and cost effectiveness.
To qualify for this position, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current MA RN license, with a minimum of 4 years of pediatric nursing experience and demonstrated leadership in a formalized role. A Master's degree in Nursing or formalized intent to complete a Master's in Nursing is preferred. A competitive salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
