Healthcare Operations Manager

As a Pediatric Clinical Coordinator Lead at Boston Children's Hospital, you will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations of designated units, programs, or services. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in developing and implementing internal standards, policies, and procedures to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care
• Preparing staff schedules and allocating resources
• Selecting, supervising, and evaluating nursing personnel
• Designing and providing education and development programs for staff
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is mandatory, with a current MA RN license. A Master's degree in Nursing or formalized intent to complete a Master's in Nursing is preferred. Additionally, 4 years of pediatric nursing experience are required, with Ambulatory experience strongly recommended.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
