Healthcare Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coordination specialist to join our pediatric department. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations. You will also select, supervise, and evaluate nursing and clinical support personnel, as well as develop and provide staff education and development programs.
To qualify for this position, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current MA RN license, with a minimum of 4 years of pediatric nursing experience and demonstrated leadership in a formalized role. A competitive salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
