About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires a proven track record of success as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role. You will lead, motivate, and support the team to meet performance targets and goals, monitor and report on team performance, conduct regular team meetings, delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, handle conflict resolution, and maintain a positive team culture.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and team management tools.
