Job Title: Senior Lunchtime Team Lead

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our team of Midday Supervisory Assistants during the lunch period. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, welfare, and good conduct of pupils are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of Midday Supervisory Assistants
  • Organise staff to ensure appropriate adult supervision is maintained
  • Arrange and facilitate play and physical activities during the lunch period
  • Ensure a safe and happy experience for all children
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
