The Role:
A Senior Residential Childcare Worker provides a safe, comfortable, and supportive home for children who have experienced trauma and/or neglect. As a lead member of the team, you will be responsible for holding the lead responsibility for each shift worked and ensuring that tasks and paperwork have been completed for each shift. You will maintain a high quality of care and support which meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and cultural needs of children and young people within the care of LILY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES LTD.

You will be involved in supporting young people's activities such as outdoor adventures, meal planning, and teaching life skills to promote independence and self-sufficiency. As a role model, you will provide daily care and support to children and young people to help them make good choices. You will also contribute to the running of the home, including cooking meals, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and have excellent communication skills. You should be compassionate, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in children's lives. A driving license is required.
