Company Overview
The Brass Tap Inc. is a growing company seeking an experienced Finance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, creating reports, and performing analysis using QuickBooks.

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional with excellent accounting skills, who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as 2+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and create reports using QuickBooks.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and fixed assets.
  • Maintain tax, insurance, and financial compliance requirements.
  • Maintain vendors, resources, and subcontractors.
  • Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including collections.
  • Coordinate and administer payroll and benefits, and provide HR administrative support.
  • Perform technology setup, backups, protection, and tracking.
  • Gather and coordinate hardware and software requirements.


Estimated Salary
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
