Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Coordinator to join our team at The Brass Tap Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, creating reports, and performing analysis using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as 2+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and create reports using QuickBooks.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and fixed assets.
  • Maintain tax, insurance, and financial compliance requirements.
  • Maintain vendors, resources, and subcontractors.
  • Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including collections.
  • Coordinate and administer payroll and benefits, and provide HR administrative support.
  • Perform technology setup, backups, protection, and tracking.
  • Gather and coordinate hardware and software requirements.


Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check.


Estimated Salary
$50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
