The Cadogan, A Belmond Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping department and ensure that cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure proper training and development.
  • Coordinate and assign daily tasks to housekeeping team members.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
