Job Overview

The Langham, London is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. As a key member of our operations team, you will report to the Director of Housekeeping and work closely with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and anticipating their needs.
  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and supervision to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including rostering, timesheet preparation, and cleaning schedules.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a housekeeping department.
  • Ability to motivate, lead, and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of resilience, tenacity, and drive.
  • Excellent communication skills.
