Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning process, ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of housekeepers to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our properties meet our quality standards.
  4. Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that our housekeeping team has the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our housekeeping operations are aligned with our overall business goals.
  6. Provide training and development opportunities to our housekeeping team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with a housekeeping department or similar operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
