Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at Corecruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and hands-on leadership in directing the housekeeping operations to ensure the department achieves its goals and effectively contributes to the guest experience while maintaining high standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of housekeeping staff to ensure seamless delivery of housekeeping services.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of housekeeping services.
