About the Role

As an Education Programme Support Officer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education programmes, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the development of our learner management system.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure efficient programme delivery by providing support to learners and tutors, responding to queries, and addressing issues promptly.
  2. Manage relationships with external partners, including venues and stakeholders, to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the British Cycling database, ensuring seamless integration with the learner management system.
  4. Contribute to the development of marketing initiatives, updating the course programme on the website, and promoting our services.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, report preparation, and documentation.
