We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Student Services Administrator. This role offers the perfect blend of administration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Student Support: Managing the Student Services Office, handling late registrations, and providing effective support to students.
  • Leading Reception Services: Offering a welcoming reception service for staff, students, and visitors, and managing front desk duties.
  • Overseeing Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, including managing fire drill systems and first aid duties.
  • Maintaining Student Records: Accurately maintaining student records in the Information Management System.
  • Coordinating Support Services: Covering the Main Office and Reception as needed, including during holidays.

Key qualifications and skills for this role include:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Salary: £24,727 per annum, depending on experience.
