Job Title: Education Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized leader to oversee administration in our educational programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our after-school club, planning and implementing improvements through effective management and delegation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the after-school club by coordinating logistics, resources, and personnel as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.
  • Provide professional leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring clear goals and expectations are established and communicated.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with national and local requirements, ensuring that school policies and practices align with relevant regulations.
  • Drive innovation and growth in the after-school club, exploring new initiatives and opportunities to enhance its reputation and impact.

Reporting Structure:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Education, who oversees all educational programs at the British Muslim Heritage Centre.

Location and Hours:

This part-time position (15 hours/week) is based at the British Muslim Heritage Centre, which offers a unique and enriching work environment.

Salary: £25-30 per hour (dependent on experience)
