Job Summary

This role provides strategic leadership to the Services staff and volunteers, ensuring they are enabled to deliver on the MS Society's overall strategy.

About the Role

As Director of Community Service Development, you will lead the delivery of the MS Society's portfolio of Services, including our helpline, specialist services, befriending, and support volunteers.

You will ensure the MS Society's approach to Safeguarding adheres to best practice and legal requirements across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of the MS Society's Services portfolio, including strategic planning and operational management
  • Provide strategic leadership to Services staff and volunteers, ensuring they are enabled to deliver on the MS Society's overall strategy
  • Ensure the MS Society's approach to Safeguarding adheres to best practice and legal requirements across the UK

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
