About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Clinical Lead to join our Ealing Talking Therapies team at West London NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and making a genuine impact on the staff, community, and service users.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with the Talking Therapies Clinical Lead and the other Deputy Clinical Lead to deliver an excellent and innovative service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational management of the Talking Therapies service
  • Line management and performance management of clinical staff
  • Development and implementation of service improvement initiatives
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to promote service development and quality improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recorded/registered doctoral level qualification in clinical or counselling psychology, or a recorded/registered qualification in one of the following - nursing, social work, occupational therapy, arts therapy, or a psychological therapy, plus further postgraduate level diploma qualification training in a psychological therapy
  • Significant post-qualification experience working as a fully qualified psychological therapy practitioner and demonstrating the competences required
  • Experience of working within primary care psychology and/or Talking Therapies services
