Your Role: Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing international accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth.

  • Develop and Execute Account Plans: Craft comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance existing relationships and expand our service offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your account management strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work closely with internal teams to provide solutions for critical situations and ensure seamless client experiences.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in key account management, sales, or partner management within the financial technology industry.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a valuable asset.
