Job Summary

PXP Financial is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage international accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience in contract and commercial negotiations.
  • High level of resilience and excellent conflict management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, motivated, and proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the payments, financial services, or e-commerce industry.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Experience in Gaming and/or High Risk industries.
