About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at PXP Financial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue and profit
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement account plans to ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Monitor commercial KPIs to reach targets and provide regular updates to management
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure agreed services and Service Level Agreements are met
  • Frequently attend international trade shows and visit accounts to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop growth strategies to meet client objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with different stakeholders in the organisation to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Manage critical situations, provide solutions, and action plans to ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare business case calculations, proposals, and provide information to management for decision-making

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Key Account, Sales, or Partner Manager or within similar roles
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience in contract and commercial negotiations
  • High level of resilience and excellent conflict management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Problem solver with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong business acumen
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, motivated, and proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the payments, financial services industry, or e-commerce
  • Additional language skills
  • Experience in Gaming and/or High Risk industries
