About the Role

PXP Financial is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, sales, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of business growth and revenue generation in a commercial or sales role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial and sales principles.
