About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Development to join our team at PXP Financial. As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for leading our Business Development team and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of the payments industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
