Job Title: Account Development Manager

Location: Gibraltar, Vienna, Austria, or Stansted Abbotts, England

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at PXP Financial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor and report on commercial KPIs to ensure targets are met
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience in contract and commercial negotiations
  • High level of resilience and conflict management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented
